Help identifying instrument
I'm working on transcribing this song, but I'm not the best at knowing all the percussion instruments. Do you have any idea what this instrument is?

it starts at 0:50 and is the metal-like noise.

I don't think it is a standard percussion sound. To me it seems to be a struck object, like a beam, and then eq'd or other treatment.

Do you know which instrument would give the closest sound? I really need a similar sound incorporated into my song.
