instruments_zh_TW.xml invalid

I ran into a bug in the instruments_zh_TW.xml file.
Environment: OS X 10.8.1
MuseScore V. 1.2 Rev 5470

Repro Steps:
1. From Preferences change the Instrument List to instruments_zh_TW.xml
2. Quit MuseScore.
3. Reopen Muse Score.
4. Receive the following error: "error reading file /Users/nickb/github/local/Bells-Used/instruments/instruments_zh_TW.xml at line 3908 column 1: unexpected character"

Fix:
The fix for this is simple, delete the offending character.

(I realize the file I was using was not in the normal location, but it is identical byte for byte to the one distributed with MuseScore.)
