Tuplet is not visible when created from Notes > Tuplets > Other...

If you create a tuplet using the Notes > Tuplets > Other... dialog, the tuplet will be not visible until you do something else in the measure.
Steps to reproduce:
- create an empty measure
- add a quarter note
- select the quarter note and navigate to Notes > Tuplets > Other...
- Press OK accepting the default 3/2 ratio

Expected result: the quarter is changed to a triplet (one note and 2 rests)
Actual result: the quarter is not changed to a tuplet and when you Undo at this time, the measure is corrupted.
