MultiMeasure Rest For Only One Instrument
I'm trying to break multi measure rests in my score with multiple instruments, but when I select a measure in one instrument, it applies the measure break to all the instruments, not just the one. Does anyone know of a way to break up multi measure rests for just one instrument, and not all of them?

When viewing multiple instruments at once you have to see the same rest scheme (multi or singe measure only) you cannot see one scheme in one instrument and a different one in the other. When you extract parts, the displays can be different as long as the instruments are not extracted into the same part.
Generate parts, those have multi measure rests enabled by default
It is usually best to attach the score you are having trouble with so we can better understand what you mean. I can't think of a reason to have a multimeasure rest broken at a particular place in one part and not in another. Aside from actually having notes, whatever causes the rest to break in one part would normally apply to other parts as well (eg, double bars, tempo changes, etc).
