V2 - Melisma problems

I found two problems with melisma lines (aka lyrics extenders):
- they are not aligned with the lyrics
- they cannot be removed

I checked an old build, 8d7990909214b620ebe7f45981e1a45a62a4e76c. The bug was not present there.

The issue regarding non-removal of the melisma line is true for revision a925ae0 as well. The work around is to simply select the linked note to where the melisma starts and cut it (cntrl-x) and then simply repast it (cntrl-v). The note will simply paste back to how it was, but with a blank linked lyric that can now be re-typed.

You can also just select the lyric itself and delete it. But that's just a workaround too. I'm trying to see if there is an easy way to make the line more directly deletable.
