Bug in Guitar with Tabs
Found a bug. Using Windows 7 and Version 2.0.3. Using the quick setup and choosing 'Guitar with Tabs'. It will not allow for the input of and E below middle C. Lowest note it will allow is the F below middle C. The E is the lowest note possible on standard tuning. Guitar with Tabs is the only place I have found this bug. Seems to be OK in other Guitar setups.

You mean by entering the E with the mouse. It's a bit unexpected, indeed (maybe should be improved in this template), but it's not a bug. It works by entering this E with the keyboard.
Or by entering F, then arrow Down.
Or by increase the distance between the two staves: by doing Shift + Drag with the mouse on the second staff.
Or in Style > General -> Page.

OK, I'll give that a try. Still learning this program and haven't had much time with it. Yes I was using the mouse for input. I knew there was a way to input through the keyboard but I'm a lousy typist.
