Tuplet numbers are not shown in lute tablature

At least in late baroque sources, and also for the purpose of creating new music, tuplet numbers (and possibly also brackets or bows by choice) should be shown in tablature, best beside the flags.
I have a solution, that would at least show the numbers above the score beside the flags, depending also on the position of tab signs (on the lines or above the lines). Probably it could also be good to change the size of the number, but I think it would be sufficient at least for now. This is even more necessary, as currently time value flags doesn't show up, if there is a change between eighths-triplets and normal eighths.
Also should be changed in 3.0-dev!
