1) Select note or measure in score
2) Press play
3) You can't actually hear the start of the measure you selected, it fades in and only becomes fully audible by around the attack of the second or third note in the measure

I am also experiencing this. Not sure if the start of the first selected note is fading in or just clipped.
This also happens to me frequently when using muse sounds.
Same with me. Using Muse Sounds causes playback to stutter in the first notes of the selected measure.
Changing the reported version to 4.0, this bug is still present in the 4.0.1 release
It's a known limitation in how Muse Sounds works indeed.
