please only one popup window "The command realtime-advance is not available in current state"
So I assigned my midi footpedal to real-time advance. However I noticed that if I'm not in a valid state for inputing with that, I get a popup "The command realtime-advance is not available in current state", which is fine behavior. However if I keep pressing, then I keep getting a new popup layered on top. It seems should only do one popup, considering that these popups prevent me from doing anything else.
I'm on 2.1-dev 2026e09 arch linux mate.

I think this is a general problem with shortcuts assigned to MIDI controls, so requires a general solution. However: #183826: Have shortcut for Real-time (manual) advance also be used to initial Real-time (manual) entry mode too
