Tuning does not revert to normal after removing micro-accidentals

Micro-interval tuning

If I remove a micro-accidental, or replace one with a normal accidental, the tuning of the note should return to 0. Currently, it behaves incorrectly by "remembering" the tuning of the micro-accidental even though it's gone.

A simple patch is attached that fixes this issue.
