"Hook heigth" for Voltas in general settings doesn't change

OS: OpenSuse Leap
MuseScore Version: 2.1 (fecf0a7) and 2.0.3 (3543170)

Steps to reproduce:

1. Insert a Volta
2. Open Style->General...
3. Change the value of hook height

Expected result: hook height change to the new value
actual result: hook height doesn't change to the new value

The same works as expected for ottava lines
