How to add an instrument starting at a certain measure, not from the beginning.
I am looking to add a descant line a little over halfway through my score. I don't want the line to start at the beginning because it will remain empty for the majority of the song and take up space.
Is there a way to add an instrument/staff beginning at a specific measure?

Add the instrument normally, add whatever notes you want, then enable Style / General / Hide empty staves.
