Measure properties
Here is a screen shot from the Measure operations page in the handbook:
According to this page, using the left and right arrow buttons at the bottom of the window does not show a new measure selected. In version 2.1 it does. I have seen nothing saying that this change was made in version 2.1. Which version changed this behavior?

This remark is just plain wrong, it works for every 2.x Version (I tested with the portable apps) and 1.x didn't have that next/prev button.
I've removed that sentence
I have a sense this change was done a long time ago, maybe during 2.0 beta. Perhaps by me :-)
