Login Handbook edit button dissapears when going to e.g. language Nederlands

Just have a look. Log in and click:
http://musescore.org/en/handbook
you see the edit button that allows participating.
Change language to e.g. Nederlands and the edit button has dissapeared.
As a Nederlands/Dutch speaking, I cannot help developing the dutch handbook ...
What's going on?
