Rest fills
When the meter requires rests larger then a single whole note, like 5/4, musescore fills with only a whole note. Among other problems, this, adversely affects cut and paste operations.

A full measure rest is a full measure rest, and is centered in the measure. A 4-beat rest is off to the left in the measure. They look the same but do very different things. If it's causing paste issues then this should be posted as an issue.

The copy/paste issue with default measure rests in 5/4 has already been reported and fixed for 2.0: #13153: [1.1] cut/paste of empty bar in 5/4 produces corruption.
