Fermata is misplaced on rests
Assigning a fermata to a rest it is
1. misplaced (immediately)
and
2. placed differently from notes.

Details:
1. Initially the fermata is misplaced (somewhere right down - test with piano template on first rest). After saving and reopening the project the fermata is correctly placed above the rest. Please fix immediate painting.
2. In the attached file I've places up and down fermatas on whole notes and whole rests. The fermatas on notes are places great. The fermatas on rests are placed unusable. Please use same placing for rests than for notes.

can't reproduce with 67cc09d, so assume it is fixed.
Edit: this is a duplicate of #12708: Fermata cannot be added to a rest and fixed since fa4ea2927e, about 9 weeks ago.
Note that there won't be any fixes to version 1.2, all development focus is on 2.0, so download a nightly build and try to reproduce there, before creating a bug report in the issue tracker
