Resize Piano keyboard
Prior to 2.1 you could apparently resize the piano window without the mouse wheel. Since I don't use it, I'm not sure how you could do that. I know that in 2.1 you are limited to using the mouse wheel.

No, 2.0.3 needed Ctrl+wheel too (I just checked with a portable app)
You could Change the hight of the (Sub)windows, but that just added more border, left the actual keyboard the same size
Ctrl+wheel works for zoom in the score window too, so we're consistent here
