Do we need 'Create Part' button?
In 'Parts', do we actually need the 'Create Part' button?
I think the only steps that would be required are 'New', select instruments and 'Close'.
Using MuseScore 2.0 Nightly Build (f80dfa7) - Mac 10.7.5.

That allows one to add the part name, etc. info. Otherwise, when would the part be created?
If you mean that it would be created on "close", what about multiple parts? Or will they all be generated on close?
Everything would be updated accordingly upon close :).

I like it.
I would also like it if the window opened up with "new part" already selected instead of needing to select that. If I go to parts for the first time, obviously I want to create a part.

I'm not sure, but what about replacing 'Create Part' with 'Cancel' and 'OK' buttons?

I just pushed this, parts are now created on OK
