⌘ = cmd
[Alt] = Option
If that's right, would someone check on https://musescore.org/en/handbook/measure-operations#insert-measure

If a Mac user can confirm that they work ...
⌘ or Cmd (Command) is equivalent to Control on other systems.
Option is equivalent to Alt on other systems.
Fn (Function) is used to access application-specific functions of the F1–F12 keys, which otherwise default to system-wide actions.
