Select All does not function for all text objects (e.g., Title)

1. create a new text object (e.g., score Title, Staff Text)
2. end editing with ESC
3. double-click the text to edit it
4. press CMD-A

Results: nothing
Expected: all text within the text box is selected

CMD-A works for the Chord Names, but not for things like the main title on the first page.
