Last nightly build for Windows is MuseScoreNightly-2013-04-02-2012-474256e.7z i.e. from April 2nd.
For Mac we have MuseScoreNightly-2013-03-19-1603-d63eee2.dmg, i.e. March 19th
For Linux though we have mscore-2013-04-08-12-05-0be1d3f.tar.bz2, i.e. from today, 30 minutes ago

So if for some reason David Bolton is unable to build a nightly there is always a relatively new version available here.
The server hosting the VMs for Windows and Mac is moving to another hosting. We don't have any ETA for the migration to be complete.
Seems nightly builds for Windows are back. Not for Mac though.
