[MusicXML] Export of chordnames not over a ChordRest doesn't work

  2. select first rest
  3. Ctrl + K
  4. Press C
  5. Press Space
  6. Press C
  7. Export to MusicXML
  8. Import from MusicXML

Actual result: The second C chordname is missing. The harmony element is also missing in the MusicXML. It should be listed with an offset element.
