1. Open attached score (produced in 1.3).
2. Enable 'Note Entry'.

Result: The drum palette doesn't appear.

3. Disable 'Note Entry'.

Result: The drum palette quickly appears and disappears.

Discussion: It happens if the score has been saved at all.

Using MuseScore 2.0 Nightly Build (46aafeb) - Mac 10.7.5.

If you do step 2 and click on the drum or percussion stave, the palette will stay until you do step 3.
