Copy-paste of broken measures is broken (regression)

1. Open the attached file: "copy paste empty measures.mscz"
2. Select measures 1-4
3. Edit > Copy
4. Select measure 5
5. Edit > Paste

Expected result: Pasted measures should be identical to measures 1-4

Actual result: Pasted measures do not have the empty measure and the end bar line is no longer on the right side of the last measure.

Tested using 0.9.5 RC1 (1944).
