Download version 1.3 problem

I've been unable to download MuseScore 1.3 by clicking the green "Free Download" button (nothing happens after the countdown) or via the direct link (browser reports that it cannot open the page). I've tried this on a Windows 7 PC using the latest Chrome browser as well as IE 8, and on an Ubuntu PC using Firefox with the same result. Is there a problem with the link? Is there another website that I can download it from?
