Drum Pallette Stems Up, but Display Stems Down

I set up my Drum Pallette for Roland TD-20. I attach below. Stems are all defines as Up for Voice 1 and Down for Voice 2.
If I input, say type AAAAA, or use the MIDI inpiut from my Roland TD-20 through Roland UM-G1 MIDI Interface, the Stems go down.
Bass Drum also gets assigned to Voice 1.
Hence, the notes do not seem to be inheriting all the properties defined in the Drum Pallette, and instead going to Auto.
THis seems to be the same in 1.3 and the Latest Nightly Build which I am using.

Is this still reproducible for you? It isn't for me, on 1.3 nor in a current 2.0 development build. Typing "A" gives me stems up as expected, and "B" enters a stem down bass drum in voice 2 as expected.
