Trills Moving Visual Location on Score

I was writing a Concert Band Score and trills in the piccolo part are playing back properly, but every time I close the score, the next time I open the score, the trills are in a visually different location than where I had originally placed them. Only on the score and not on the individual part. So if I placed the trill in measure 54, it looks as though the trill is now above measure 48 - something like that, but when playing back the correct measure is still trilling.
