No Erase or Delete function? Really?
How do I go back and erase a note? The only ways I've found are to 1) start at the end and erase everything with Backspace 2) Scrap the whole score and open a new project.
I can find nothing on the forums or the help page, or the pdf handbook (which lacks an Index) and no results come up when I search for Erase or Delete.
Seriously this is a basic, basic, BASIC function and the whole program is rendered utterly useless without it. I can't believe I am the only person to use this program who's ever needed to erase a note. I can't believe there's not a single Forum topic about this missing feature.

Select note, hit Del. Will replace the note with a rest. If you want everything to move, use cut and paste
Welcome, click an element and press 'Del'?
And if you do a search of this site for either of the terms "erase" or "delete", you'll find a number of threads. Not sure how you looked, but try the Search box on upper right of this page.
