Dynamics applied to top staff of piano part (or other accolade) do not affect bottom half, regardless of dynamic range parameter

Steps to reproduce:
1) Create a piano part
2) Apply a dynamic to the top staff, with dynamic range set to "Part"
3) Play it back
Expected: Dynamic is applied to entire accolade
Actual: The bottom staff is unaffected.

Notes:
-If the dynamic range is set to Staff, the audition is correct.
-If the dynamic range is set to System, every staff in the system except the bottom staff of the accolade is affected.
-However, if the dynamic is applied to the bottom staff of the accolade, the dynamic range parameter works properly and the playback is correct.
