Chord name style's Y offset change does not take effect until reload

In MuseScore 1.3, as http://musescore.org/en/node/7240#comment-20899 states:

"What I do is go to>Style>Edit Text Style>Chordnames.
There I find a "Y" axis which controls vertical placement."
"I believe thaqt you have to save and reload before the changes take effect."

For 2.0, the text style for chordnames no longer controls positioning at all. The *general* style for chordnames does, and it takes effect immediately.
