Volta handbook page updating
The Volta handbook page needs updating, because the volta editing and dialogs have changed in 0.9.5.
How should we handle the transition of the documentation? Should we include both versions and methods?

Is anyone able to test whether the volta repeat list worked in 0.9.2 or 0.9.3? It doesn't work in 0.9.4 and is removed in 0.9.5.
I updated the volta page. The repeat list was documented previously but it didn't actually have any affect on playback in versions 0.9.3 or 0.9.4 so I removed references to it entirely.
As with other pages throughout the handbook, the screenshots show the most recent version but the text includes instructions for older versions.
