Completed drumset entries with tickbox

In 'Edit Drumset', only some entries have information about the drum properties. For any others, you may have to look at MIDI.org for information when filling the entry.

I propose that all the drum entries are completed in accordance with the information at MIDI's website with a tick box at each to select the ones that will appear in the Drum Palette.
