Annoying popping sound during playback with any bass-instrument.

This normally happens to me with Bass Guitar and Synth Bass. I've tried lowering the internal synthesizer volume, using less instruments and tried changing the soundfont, but I'm still getting this "popping" sound when I play my scores. I say "scores" as plural because this happens with every score that has a bass guitar or synth bass. This was never an issue in the last version of Musescore but it seems even more problems have arised with 2.1.

I can confirm that it doesn't do this when I export the score .wav. However, it's still very annoying when I like to play it back in musescore without exporting. I'll attach one score I was trying to work on so you can see what's happening.
