soundfont won't load

Hi, this may be old news, but: I've tried loading the PCLite.sf2 soundfont in 0.9.5 and it just won't take, followed all the usual instructions and troubleshooting. Unison worked fine, but dammit, I just wanted a little bit more bass...
Now I'm speechless. Any tips, advice for getting this going? Just finished a score, would love to share it.

Reread the SoundFont page and make sure you didn't skip a step. If you want more help you'll need to tell us more information. What version of MuseScore are you using? What operating system? Could you attach a screenshot of the Edit > Preferences > I/O tab?

For what its worth, I just tried PCLite.sf2 and it worked fine.
