Irregular Measures
I often have problems when I am supposed to split a regular measure with a repeat in it to 2 irregular measures. I have 3 pieces by Mozart with which I am having this problem. One of them(the Minuet in G) repeats forever and never stops. Usually when I put in fine and D.C al fine it knows to stop where fine is but in the Minuet in G it has irregular measures and so it doesn't know when to stop. Do you think you can help me?

I'm not at my computer so can't look at the scores, but I'm pretty certain that it isn't the irregular measures that throws MuseScore off track

It is the fact that I don't have it split into irregular measures. And why would the Minuet in G continue on indefinitely?

Ah, I see, you haven't used irregular measures but dragged the repests bar into the middle of a measure (onto a note/chord).
These seem to be ignored and with the last and regular repeat bar throw of playback
And the nighly builds still have the same problem of ignoring thise repeats, so this might be worth a bug report. The endless repeats Problem is solved there though, it stops at the Fine, but at the end of the measure, so 2 notes after the repeats bar (the Menuet in G)
Actually it is a know (and old but still open) issue: #5223: Repeat barlines don't work in mid measure and you should know about it and it's Workaround,as you had been told there ;-)

Your Minuet in G plays three times straight through, ending with measure 33 (in MuseScore 1.3)

Ah, twice because of the repeats bar at the end (and with a repeats count of 2) and another time for the DC all Fine (with the Fine getting ignored)

Sometimes you would want a repeat and to repeat that 3 times or more but I just want it to repeat twice in each repeat.
Compare the properties of the irregular measures in this attachment to those in your score.
Look at Measure Duration - Nominal and Actual.
You need to change the durations for the measures on either side of the End-Start repeats.
If you don't want both numbered, check the Irregular box on one of them so it is not counted.
The first and last measures need fixing.

At the risk of oversimplification:
The total of the two irregular measures' actual durations should equal the duration of a regular (i.e. nominal) measure.

When I adjust one measure to be an irregular measure it erases the rest of the measure as if it says "That is it" and I have to insert another measure and put in those notes that were erased after I adjust the true time signature of that measure. I have adjusted them to be irregular measures in the Allegro in F and it still doesn't recognize that repeat and I was wondering how you fixed that. And what about the allegro in Bb?

To manually split a regular measure into 2 irregular measures select the measure, press 'Ins' to add a new one, right-click into the new, measure properties, change actual duration. Select the old measure again, cut (Ctrl-x), select the new, paste (Ctrl-v), right-click into the old, measure properties, change actual duration and tick 'do not count'. Voila!

You *do* have to insert another measure, and you did the right thing in the Allegro in F. The reason it doesn't repeat is because you must adjust the very first measure (pickup or anacrusis) and the very last measure. That is, you must change the first measure duration to 1/8 (actual) and last measure duration to 3/8 (actual).
Have a look at my attachment 'Allegro.mscz' posted above and compare the properties of the very first and the very last measure to your score.
The Allegro in B flat is handled identically to the Allegro in F as they both have the same repeat structure and irregular measure durations. You have to rework the very first measure, the very last measure, and the End-start repeat where you need to add another measure instead of trying to break that measure into two parts.
