Oblique stroke in acciaccatura chord collides with notehead until re-opening

1. Open attached score (produced in 1.3).
2. Click on A.
3. Press 'Down' (on keyboard) to E.

Result: The oblique stroke collides with the notehead.

Note: Page 126 of 'Behind Bars' states: "The diagonal line should intersect the tail or beam without colliding with the notehead".

If you save and re-open, there is no collision.
