Edit "count in"
How can I possibly change the lenght of a count in that is too short? Now it´s only one "fourth" and I definitely needs a whole bar for the count in! Can´t find any information about this anywhere and definitely no functions inside Musescore that helps me out here!

I assume you are referring to the new count in feature in the experimental nightly development builds? If so, then see #23385: Provision of some means to adjust the number of bars counted in. Meanwhile, best workaround would be to simply do the count in manually - add an extra measure.
