change ghost image immediately when pressing a shortcut key to change the value of a note
Inputting notes with the mouse and using shortcut keys on the computer keyboard to change note values...
When I use a shortcut key to change the value of the note, the ghost image (that is my mouse cursor) still shows the note value that I was previously using.
The ghost image changes to the new note when I move my mouse.
It appears to the user that the shortcut key didn't work (even though it did). The ghost image / mouse cursor should change immediately, so the user doesn't have to wonder whether the shortcut key worked.

Confirmed, for 1.3 and 9b3abfa on Windows 7 Enterprise 64bit.
You'd only notice the (lack of) change between notes with different heads, e.g. quarter and half, but not between quarter and eighth., as the 'ghost note' doesn't have a stem.
Would be nice if it had...
