Viewing Page on Website

Recently I have been having problems when looking at other people's music, 1st it won't show parts and pages on the overall view (when clicking Sheet Music on the website) also when i click on the music to play it, the measure follower thin that shows measure you are on does not show up and the music does not scroll to the part if its on a different page so you are forced to manually click on the page button at the top in order to follow the music.
