Cant open a file!

I accidentally set adobe reader to open the (.mscz) file and when I dissociated adobe from the file it still won't open with MuseScore. It just takes me to the "Select a default program" page. When I click browse and try to select mscore.exe it doesn't show it as the default program. Also it has done that to all of my works now. Help is greatly appreciated
