Why do Marched Percussion have a 1-line default?
In 'Instruments', why does each entry default to having one stave line (Perc. 1 lines)?
The drumset for all (except perhaps Cymbals?) would suggest 5 lines are needed.

Perhaps a more appropriate question is, why to the drums for some of these instruments appear to use 5 lines, when it might be more customary to use only 1? I gather the drum palette always *displays* five lines regardless of the number of lines in the staff, but I'd think, for example, the snare "drum set" should only *use* one of them (plus the space above and below). I'm no expert in marching band scores, but the ones I've seen do show only one line for most percussion instruments.
