Chord symbol and lyric editing boxes appear at wrong height

Windows 7, GIT commit: 22807df

1) new score
2) click first rest
3) Ctrl+K

Result: editing box (if you can call it that - it's quite small until you start typing?) appears at expected location

4) type "G7"

Result: editing box jumps down to 0sp above staff as soon as you start typing. Perhaps ignoring general style / chord height and relying only on text style?

5) Esc

Result: chord jumps back up where it belongs

Repeat these same steps with lyrics (after entering notes, of course) and again, the editing box jumps - this time, upward, again perhaps ignoring general style / lyric margin and relying only on text style?
