MuseScore Cannot read File [Help]

Hello all,

I have a song here that I was working on that Means the world to me. I stupidly deleted it, but managed to get it back. I know there is a likely chance it's damaged beyond repair. But on the off chance that any of you could look at the file and see if their is any hope of fixing it. I would be so very grateful to you

the message that pops up when I try to open it is as followed:
