Changing position in text style alters position of manually adjusted elements

Windows 7, GIT commit: 39f8e04

1) new score
2) add staff text
3) drag it to position it manually
4) text style - alter Vertical offset

Result: text moves, indicating the manual adjustment is being applied as an offset to the default position rather than as an absolute position.

I am pretty sure a user would expect manually positioned objects to be unaffected by position changes in style. I know I would.
