I've came across an issue which is quite annoying. Yesterday, my pdf music sheet was uploaded for conversion and the conversion didn't go so well. The sheet is perfect and very simple but how could this program fail to recognize the notes?
Nothing controversial about it. Since it is Audiveris that does the music recognition, you should report problems you see to the developers of that program. It's a totally separate thing. But you also need to be aware that OMR is a very difficult thing. It's just not reasonable to expect perfect results.

Yea, but even if it's difficult, the devs should still attempt to improve it.
