Support keyboard shortcuts in text edit mode

When editing text in mscore 1.3, one could press ctrl+a to select all text.

It is not possible currently, in 2.0.

instead, the letter a replaces the whole text(strange...it should be appended or inserted, but not replace...)

A far far less important sidenote: is ctrl+c and ctrl + v coming? :)
