the startup dialog should not appear if called with a file

I you start musescore for the OS with the command "open file with.." musescore loads the file. thats fine.

But in this case there is no sence to show additionally the startupdialog, asking for an new score or open an existing file.

I propose it is better to skip the startupdialog in this case.
