Crashes during playback when switching from 8th notes to 16th notes in first bar (0.9.5 regression)

Musescore crashes during playback when switching from 8th notes to 16th notes while simultaneously playing 16th notes in another staff in the first measure.

To reproduce:

1. Create a new score using the piano template.
2. Enter 8 16th notes on the top staff.
3. Enter 2 8th notes, then 4 16th notes on the bottom staff.
4. Begin playback. Musescore crashes when starting to play the 16th notes.
