Inserting images
I am inserting images for the danish translation.
In the original page I have the phrase
NOT FOUND: Create_new_score-Title_en.png
When I insert I get
NOT FOUND: Ny_Node-Titel_da.png
Should I add a translation for the additional text - and what does it do?

The original text is
inline:Create_new_score-Title_en.png=New Score wizard: Title, subtitle, etc.
Mine is
inline:Ny_Node-Titel_da.png

It is meant as an aid for visually impaired, so yes, this should get translated too.
Also visible when hovering over that images with the mouse
