Trouble with musescore pro trial

I tried to start a musescore pro trial just now and it didn't seem to work. No sort of confirmation window that showed i was successful was given to me. I tried it 3 times, and it seems like the credit card was charged $0 3 times and another time for $1.18 for some unknown reason by musescore computer software in belgium? I don't understand why the trial didn't work. I have already sent them a support ticket but has anyone else had a problem like this?

Just be aware that you've tried activating it in the middle of a server hardware and system software change. It is quite likely that that is exactly the reason for it not working for you. Rest assured that by reaching out to the team they will fix your account status and billing.

Hi, Thomas. I'm having the same issue. I signed up for PRO but the tutorials I need to learn how to use Musescore are locked. I'm keen to get learning and appreciate any help you can give me.
